About me
My name is Nicole.. I am a licensed chid care provider and have been for 4 years now. I have a son who just
turned 4, and a daughter who is 2 years. In July we welcomed twins as well. We would love for your child
to come play and learn with us at our home in Forest Lake !

Provider Credentials
I am a Child care provider licensed by Washington County. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am also certified in SIDS
and shaken baby prevention. I have taken and continue to pursue MANY hours of early childhood education, and child retalted
trainings each year.
Parent testimonials are available upon touring our center.
Provider Training
Continued training through Washington county and many other early childhood education facilities. We are required
to have 8 hours each year. I believe that you can never learn too much about your proffession. I take about 8-12 hours
each MONTH.
